Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing and click Cancel plan. Monthly subscriptions remain at the paid tier until the end of the current cycle, then revert to Free. Annual plans are a 12-month commitment — they keep their tier until the term ends and aren't prorated. You won't be charged again once you cancel renewal.

Where are my exams?

Every exam you generate lives in your library at exampull.com/library, organized by class. They stay there indefinitely as long as your account is active. Use the search and filter rail to find a specific one. If you're missing an exam you generated as an anonymous preview, sign in with the account you used to claim it within 30 days of the original session.

Why was my exam rejected or flagged?

Generations can fail for a few reasons: the upload was unreadable (corrupted PDF, low-res photo), the content didn't have enough material to write the requested number of questions, or our content guard flagged something that looked off-policy. You're not charged for failed generations. Try uploading a clearer source or narrowing the focus field, and if you're still stuck, send the exam ID below and we'll take a look.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, in clear cases — duplicate charges, generations that consumed credits but failed, an unintended renewal in the first 24 hours. Refunds are reviewed case-by-case. Annual plans are a commitment and aren't refunded for change-of-mind, and we don't refund credits you've already spent on completed exams. Use the form below with category Billing and we'll work with you.

Can I change my email or phone number?

Email yes — link a new auth source from Settings → Account. Phone number changes go through verification on the new number; if you've lost access to your old number, contact us with your account email and we'll verify your identity another way.

Are my uploaded materials used to train AI?

No. Your uploads and exam content are processed only to deliver your exam. Provider data-policy headers opt every request out of training, and we use providers and configurations that contractually exclude training use. See the Privacy Policy for the full disclosure.
